Eat Tulang, don't too lan..

Believe it or not, it is my first attempt on the Tulang Merah. I try it in the Beach road food centre.

For the benefit of those who never try Tulang before, it is actually goat's bone cooked in "red" sauce. You are suppose to suck the bone marrow and eat those meat around the bone.

You can hit the bone against the table or use a straw to suck the marrow out. You can also dip the red gravy with bread.

The marrow taste soft and "jelly-like" feeling. The gravy was quite nice, taste similar to indian mutton steak. It was really a good experience.

KFC?? There is Arnold's Fried Chicken

I recently heard that there is a nice fried chicken store in City Plaza. Some claims that the it is a "must try" if you are a KFC lover. So i decided to make a trip to City Plaza to look for this "famous" store.
The store is actually called "Arnold's Fried Chicken". It is located at 810 Geylang Road, City Plaza, #02-99/101.

The chicken was really great. The skin was crispy with a nice taste of herbs. The meat was not dry and quite tasty. I also like the coleslaw but the fries were disappointing. The price was quite reasonable with a 2 piece set under $6.
Besides fried chicken, they also have fish and chips but it was not recommended.
They also do delivery for limited area (mainly on the eastern part).

I feel that all fried chicken lover (especially those who loves Malaysia's KFC) should try it.
