For the benefit of those who never try Tulang before, it is actually goat's bone cooked in "red" sauce. You are suppose to suck the bone marrow and eat those meat around the bone.
You can hit the bone against the table or use a straw to suck the marrow out. You can also dip the red gravy with bread.
The marrow taste soft and "jelly-like" feeling. The gravy was quite nice, taste similar to indian mutton steak. It was really a good experience.
