Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk...POWER!!

Shanghai Pai Gu La Mian and Xiao Long BaoHave tried the Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk (咸蛋黄烤虾) from Crystal Jade and Ting Tai Feng. So we decided to try the one from Imperial Treasure Restaurant. We went to the one in Marina Square.

Besides the prawn, we also ordered the Pork rib la mian (排骨拉面) and the Soup dumplings (小笼包) for dinner. The la mian is quite good, just like those you eat in Crystal Jade La Mian. The dumplings are abit dry inside but the skin is thin and soft.

Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk After trying the prawn, we found that this egg yolk are much richer and the prawns are bigger. I will recommend you all to try it.
