Saw this interesting "giant" portrait on Raffles City, facing the Old Capital Cinema.When you initially see it from the daylight, it looks colourfully and "lively". But when looking at the image through a red and blue filters, it will show the hidden images of sad and agony faces. Those faces reference the tragedy present in other parts of the world.
This art work is by a Spanish artist, Isaac Montoya, called "Fantasmas (Phantoms)".
